The Major Facilities Program, funded by the Queensland Government has progressed into the second round and Pine Rivers Memorial Bowls Club has been fortunate to make it to the next stage, Carolyn Male MP, Government Whip and Labor Candidate for Pine Rivers said.

“The Major Facilities Program funds the construction of new facilities and the improvement of existing venues which will extend the life of the asset and ensure the changing sport and recreation needs of communities are met,” Carolyn Male MP said.

“The Pine Rivers Memorial Bowls Club has moved onto the second stage in the funding process because it has proved that there is a need within the community of Pine Rivers for an expansion of their facilities. Let us hope that they make it further in the process.” » more
