Carolyn Male MP, State Member for Pine Rivers, said that Bray Park train station now has an additional 76 car parking spaces on the western side of the station.

Carolyn Male MP opened the new car park today, taking the total number of car parking spaces available at the station to 228.

“The car park extension off Brahms Road will encourage people to park their cars at the train station and take public transport to their destination, rather than adding to peak hour congestion on Anzac Avenue and Gympie Road,” Carolyn Male MP said.

“This car park is fully-fenced, covered by CCTV and has good lighting, which means it will be a safe and secure place to leave your car.” » more

Carolyn Male MP, State Member for Pine Rivers, worked as a Hospitality Services Team Member and a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator as part of the State Government’s walk a day in my shoes program at the Wesley Mission Brisbane’s (WMB) Anam Cara Residential Aged Care Community at Bray Park.

Carolyn Male MP said, “it was a really useful experience and a great opportunity to meet, work with and listen to the people working hard in our retirement facilities.”

“At WMB Anam Cara I also experienced their commitment to resident’s quality of life and the promotion of health and well-being.”
