Since August this year residents in my electorate of Pine Rivers have been consulted on making changes to the current transit routes taken by our local busline, Thompsons. This consultation was undertaken to improve service connectivity. The bill introduces, for the first time in Queensland, the requirement for the government to prepare, maintain and review a waste management strategy for the state.
